DESIGN FEATURES
- The suspended throttle damper is suspended in an existing pipeline flange provided on site.
- Installation is vertical in the horizontal pipeline.
- The bearing flange and bearing bracket of the damper are manufactured as a cast construction.
- The damper disc is designed for optimal flow and cut in segments to prevent deposits or buildup of contaminated media on the pipe bottom.
- The shaft is double-bearing mounted.
- The lower plain bearing is located outside the media flow and can be relubricated together with the packing.
- The external upper roller bearing is maintenance-free.
